Classes
I currently teach two classes that focus on developing the balance and strength that can make such a difference during the Menopause. I focus on breathing practices to cool the body and calm the mind. Adjustments are made for osteoporosis.
I am currently in the middle of creating some online classes that will focus on different symptoms. Check back here soon.

Workshops
3 hr workshops for you to connect with other women going through menopause. Opening with a women's circle, followed by a gentle yoga class, breathing practice and an opportunity to journal. You will walk away with new skills, and a new connection to self and community.
