The Menopause Story

A Second Spring

The transition through menopause can be a very special time in a women's life. It is also recognised that the menopause, whether you are in peri-menopause, menopause or post menopause can come with an array of symptoms that can be challenging. Menopause yoga is specially designed to help you cope with many of these symptoms and give you tools to help you on your journey.

Classes

I currently teach two classes that focus on developing the balance and strength that can make such a difference during the menopause. I focus on breathing practices to cool the body and calm the mind. Adjustments are made for osteoporosis.

I am currently in the middle of creating some online classes that will focus on different symptoms. Check back here soon.

Women Practicing Yoga Outdoor

Workshops

3 hr workshops for you to connect with other women going through menopause. Opening with a women's circle, followed by a gentle yoga class, breathing practice and an opportunity to journal. You will walk away with new skills, and a new connection to self and community.
